Ubbi Steel Diaper Pail, Odor Locking, No Special Bag Required, Award-Winning, Registry Must-Have, Chrome

My husband and I are so happy we went with this diaper pail. We have to currently empty it about 2 to 3 times a week with our 7 week old, but you don't need special trash bags. We love that you can use regular trash bags, and we just use the same 13 gallon ones we use in our kitchen. It saves a lot of money, and when you have a newborn every penny helps. THERE IS NO ODOR and the lock feature works great. The only time we can smell the diapers is if it gets left open during a diaper change, or when replacing the bag. The bag is a little bit of a pain to remove from the pail, but it makes sense since the pail needs a tight seal to lock in the odor.

I don't know what week old dirty diapers smell like because this thing hides the smell.It's expensive but it gets the job done and you can use standard kitchen bags instead of expensive proprietary bags. We got a second one to make a second changing area on the 1st floor.We bought it for another couple we were expecting.

I got this from my baby registry, after reading other reviews on other diaper pails, this one fairs a little bid more expensive but I like that you don't have to purchase any special bag or cartridge to be able to use it, since it's made out of steel you can simply wipe with a Clorox towel or hose down with some soap to get rid of any lingering odor, unlike plastic that tends to absorb odors, lid locks very well so nothing sneaks out. If you can afford it I would say go for it!

As far as diaper pails- it hold the dirty diapers. It keeps the smell inside but when you open it hold your breathe- it’s stanky

We have been using this product for a few months already and it’s fantastic!It arrived already assembled and in beautiful condition. We got the stainless option because we will likely use for many years with multiple different children.It’s easy to clean and I’ve never smelled an odor of dirty diapers when using this product!

Bought this to dispose of puppy pads. The functionality is good and keeps the odors at bay. Would recommend.

Dude, it's so worth getting this. Honest review time:PROS:- Doesn't cost a million dollars like other brands of diaper bins- You can just use your normal garbage bags that you use for your kitchen, so you don't have to buy the weirdly specific diaper garbage bags- It actually holds in the horrid stank of diapers well- Easy to use / easy to change the bagCONS:- It is a little on the small side in my opinion. (For reference, I empty it out at least twice a week, and I use a second trashcan in the house.)

We were looking for the very best bin to place next to our cat litter boxes that would allow us to use our own trash bags and we finally found the perfect solution! We absolutely LOVE the Ubbi (we ordered two). We use them daily for our litter box scooping. It is heavy duty stainless steel and is sealed extremely well. The only occasional odor we have is when we open the top to scoop in new litter clumps (this may be different for you depending on the type of litter you use - ours is clumping with odor protection - Dr. Elsey's Ultra litter). We have been changing the trash bag once a week on trash day - works like a charm! Highly recommend this amazing product! Seriously wish I would have found these when my children were young.
