A very eficient scovy, great flavour and fizziness. Unusual shape (square) but thick and healthy. Very alive, producing loads of great quality Kombucha and generatimg perfect Scoby "babies"!

Just received it yesterday. I wasn't ready to transfer it on the same day so had to wait til the next and it was still perfect. I have kept scoby before so I'm familiar with the signs of a good healthy scoby. It was in great condition with multiple layers and quite big. Happy with this purchase and very confident that I can make large batches with the amount received.

I was disappointed that there was so little starter liquid, I had to get a bottle of kombucha from the store to help the scoby get settled. That’s all good now, we have just bottled our latest batch and saving a fortune by doing it ourselves.

Naturely, healthy and delicious drink for any time and for summer exactly! For me - some expensive . I prefer the Scoby Kombucha to be round rather than rectangular ( as I had before many yes ago...) But , my family very happy have this drink - THANKS!

All good, makes excellent kombucha. If I have to point out one thing is that the starter liquid was very little less than half a cup so I had to make 1L brew to start with - 3 months on Im producing 6L with the same scoby. I recommend it but prepare for the lack of enough starter if you want to brew more than 1L at first

Prompt delivery, really good quality product, and has resulted in excellent end products. Only minor drawback was a worry of too little kombucha liquid in the original pouch, a touch of homemade apple vinegar was added to the first batch of tea.
