I can't prove these are the reason, but I have been taking them for a year now without major changes to diet. My cholesterol decreased by over 70 points! Bad taste but worth it.

I'm writing a review after purchasing and finishing my 7th bottle and after receiving the results of my bloodwork. Without making any changes to my food intake, I took this supplement at nights (2-3 hrs after dinner). I did not skip a single night. I wanted to see if it would make a difference in my LDL levels. After 5 months of taking it every single night, I took a blood test, and my LDL number had changed from (previously) 258 to 171. Yes, it smells/tastes awful (garlic powder), but try to not dwell on it and swallow the 3 pills per night as fast as possible.

Great product! Overall Cholesterol level decreased by over 60 points!

Good quality, price and has helped to keep it lower

Effective in lowering bad cholesterol and rising HDL (good one).Disadvantage: have to take 3 times a day, and does not lower badcholesterol enough.

Yes the taste and smell not so great, but compared to the results of my cholesterol levels, I’d say it’s a very small price to pay. Most of all I’ve been feeling better everyday. I still can’t believe my cholesterol dropped by 40 with just taking the first month. Going to continue until I’m in the proper area and see if I can naturally hold it there now.
