This is great quality, and really good value. I use it in bear feet or with trainers on, (that’s what my physio said is best) but it’s slip resistant. I broke my ankle very badly a few months ago and had it pinned and plated, this has helped so much with my ankle recovery and balance. It takes a bit of getting used to when you first use it, so go slowly and start by a wall or something to hold on to, but wow it does help. Great design and just the right size.

Love this wobble board. It is very sturdy and well made. The coating in the top is slip resistant. Size is just right. It is ideal to improve core strength and balance. I just put an old bit of carpet underneath it to protect the flooring.

A sturdy board with a grippy top, a decent thickness of wood and a (seemingly) strong plastic bottom part, that is adequately sized for a just-right balance. Feels good when you find the perfect balancing point, and seems to work the core as well as the legs. You need to remain calm and collected to stay upright, which is good practice for a focused mind.

This wobble balance board arrived today and I couldn’t wait to try it out. I put it on the lawn and after a minute I was dancing on it to the music. I love it! I paddle board when I’m at the beach and this will keep my balance and core ready for my next paddle boarding session on the water. This was so well priced that I have no hesitation recommending it to others. Go for it!
