[Original] Waterdrop Filter Replacement for All Waterdrop Pitcher Filtration System, WD-PF-01A Plus, Reduces PFAS, PFOA/PFOS, Chlorine, Last Up to 3 Months or 200 Gallons (Pack of 3)

I purchased this set of filters in November 2024 and just opened the box around the 1st of April 2025. All 3 of these filters had premature failure meaning they completely plugged up within a week of inserting them in my WaterDrop water dispenser. I notified WaterDrop although my 30 day refund had passed 3 months earlier and filled them in on my issue and they never questioned me one bit, they immediately sent me a new box of 3 new filters and followed up with emails inquiring if things were working good for me. WaterDrop is an extremely good company who are guinuinely concerned with customer satisfaction and that is what I call "Customer satisfaction after the sale". They are definitely a 5 star company.

This works better than magnesium ;ills to reduce leg cramps. It does not have any side effects like the alkaline filter did (left me with dry, flaky skin). There's no detectable residue or taste from the added magnesium. The filter works just as fast as the original filter. I plan to order these again.

We've had the water pitcher for years and these filters work great. They seem to last quite a while and buying them in the three pack is the way to go. They're less expensive that way and you don't have to order them as often.

These filters definitely work. I live in Cali and we have some of the worse water quality in the country. Every time I fill the pitcher up, I have to remove the filter to clean the filtration compartment it because it's full of sand. But the filtered water container is always fine! That being said, I do go through these filters very quickly, but not much I can do about that. I do think they are a bit on the expensive side, however they work so just something I have to deal with.

Well, it's from the manufacturer for the pitcher we have. They work. I'm amazed that they showed up in I think 14 hours. Crazy fast!

These filters work perfectly with my Water Drop pitcher. I'm enjoying the clean taste of my tapwater much more than previously, even though my water was actually pretty good.

Exactly what I was looking for and at an affordable price!
